Other than changing caster wat effect does shortening the rf strut hav on the way the car drive....I mean shortening and pullin the rf tire forward

Is the purpose of this to gain clearance? You'll definitely want to re-evaluate your camber gain by position and/or length of the upper control arm. when steering to the right, the positive caster is counterproductive of a gain in negative camber. If the shorter bar is producing more dynamic caster, you will need to produce more dynamic camber, but only when steering to the right.
