As You Move The Rearend From Left To Right Ot Right To Left -- What Is The Overall Effect? On A Rocket It Calls For 161/2 Inches - What Would The Effect Be If I Moved It T0 161/4 Inches--- I Am Following Basic Rocket Setup But Am Tight In Loose Off -- Neet To Correct Tight In Situation First --- Thanks

There are FAR to many other adjustments for your issue than moving the rear. One thing to remember is the basic setup is to get you out in the car and put you into the ball park. You need to adjust the settings from there for the track and your driving style. Your tight in is more than likely causing you to break it loose coming out so to correct the tight problem first is correct.
I would try to raise the right bottom bar on the chassis one hole BUT it is dependant on how you are entering the corner. Are you on the gas trail breaking onto the corner or off the gas and standing on the break slowing the car to get it in. If you are hard on the breaks then more rear break bias may help.
