350 SBC Stroker

What are the drawbacks to stroking out a 350 GM block engine to 383 or 396 cubic inch to increase HP with a 23* head rule?

depends on what kind off 23 degree heads and have any work been done on the heads and what kind off cam is it roller

Pro 1 Aluminum Heads, not ported. Can go either way on the cam, flat tappet or roller. Please give me your thoughts. thx
