All of the Pierce set ups call for the heavy spring in the left front, what is the real reason for this? I have an 06 pierce that I am running as a 2 link and am fighting a losing battle getting more lr bite. I race against other metric stubbed cars that have the springs conventional, does Pierce build his cars special for the reverse spring set up? Has anyone tried to run the springs convetional in a Pierce car and what were the results?

we usually live by the pierce book setting up some times times we switch L-R right to left front springs pending on the size of the track but Bob s book is usually pretty good and also make sure all things are freed up and working well the more time spent on set up in the shop will pay off at the track they will send you that book free as well Ed
