In need engine builder in NC,SC, VA

I am looking to get a engine built for a steelhead class. Can anybody help me out with a good top notch engine builder in SC,NC, VA area. Will be looking for a builder that has a good reputation for building Steelhead motors. All help will be appreciated.

vic is in tennessee but from what i understand his shop is as close to virginia as it gets without actually being in va. he builds all types of motors.
