I would like to try and achieve more side bite by putting more angle in the j-bar. I know you can go too far and have too much angle and maybe skate the car. What angle (degree) is too much and what is not enough? What angle (degree) is best for wet and tacky and what is best for dry? Thanks.

Lots of people looking but no answers.
We run modifieds not LM's but we run anywhere between 5 and 7" of split between the mounting points depending on which car we are running.
Hope this helps.

How long of a "J" are we talking? 17, 19.5, 21?

Around 20.5" on 1 car and 20" on the other one.
The short J-bar car is a 4/Z link and the longer one is a 4/4 car.
Both are adjustable.
