Camaro setup help needed...

I just bought an '86 Camaro pure stock and would like any and all infomation I can use as a baseline to set the car up. Springs/struts, air pressures, ect. The track is 3/8 mile, pretty good banking with very little grip (more dirt than clay).
Again, any information will greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.

from what ive seen,...get read of the strut front end an put a mid 70s camaro clip under it
