What directions should we sipe tires on each corner of the car? Is there a guide or pictures somewhere to download?

sipe in the direction of the tread block as it relates to the car, about 45* to the block so you have a chevron pattern and dont forget to grind new tires, looking at the top of the tire, you should see this: /\
