what is driver size height and weight ? I may be interested but may be too small

It's hard for me to say, head over to this website and measure yourself. I'd hate to tell you it will fit and it not. http://ultrashieldrace.com/documents/custom-seat-chart.pdf
I can tell you if it will fit or not from measurement B.

what lay back is the seat? -never mounted and seat cover has never been used?

20* layback, never mounted, never even in a car, full black cover. Sat in it one time and it's a little too tight.
