i dont know bout cool seal,...it keeps house trailer roofs from rusting....SEALAPREAME is what we use to repair an seal trailers with,..comes in calkin gun tubes an can be found at truckpro or any trailer sales dealer,..or trailer shop. this is what most trailers are sealed with from factory,..very messy stuff,..cleans well with ether or brake cleaner,..bout 8-10 bucks a tube...there is a generic brand that is a lil less messy an works just as good but is a lil lighter gray,...you can order it from www.imperial.com
or sumtin like that...

We had an issue with a trailer leaking one time. We tried to find the leak and fix with no luck so then we put that trailer house stuff on it with no luck still. So, we wound up taking diamond treadplate and attaching it over the top of the existing roof and sealing it that way. What we really liked more than anything (and didn't realize we were doing it till we were done) is that the treadplate made the roof stiff enough that we now have a full length walk on roof. So it really worked out great for us and now if we ever have another leak we can jusr re-silicone our treadplate seams and around the few screws and its fixed.

Those trailer leaks are a pain in the rear!
