If a track does something like that, then they need to shut down. Don't advertise it if you cannot afford it.

Even DirtonDirt had it on their schedule so somebody advertised the race. The UDLMCS website has been behind a good part of the year.

Just to clear some items. The purse wasn't cut in half, the winner only got 2000.00.
All other positions got regular pay. This was agreed to in the marathon driver meeting.
As for not being scheduled, it this race was a replacement for the Volusia show that was canceled on November 6 by the WRG. It was stated at the meeting by Ken that in hindsight scheduling a race this late was a bad idea. But when it was done the drivers, series, and NFS owners all agreed amicably on this decision.

Race tracks need to understand when OCTOBER rolls in it is time to quit racing weekly or bi weekly .Run one big race a month work with tracks within a 120 miles of you.Schedule races on different weekends if you plan on running a big show .For instance the Needmore -Cochran -Lakecity- deal .Each one should have picked a weekend since the Nationals at EAMS went up there promoted the shows they had coming up .They could have raced every weekend somewhere since then .Biggest mistake Lake City and Needmore made was running the week prior to their big shows money is limited more this time of year than any other for both fans and racers .

The enduro purse was crystal clear, payout determined by car count, but the late models makes no sense, the track had already advertised before UDLMS came on board that it was a 2500 payout, then
UDLMS wanted to do their finale and it went up to 3000, they had cancelled a volusia event for 5000,
so it seems funny it dropped to 1500 or 2000, final race purse should have been better especially if the track alone was going to go for 2500.
Congratulations to the 58, enjoyed watching them all year along with the 21 and 47.
The enduro race was fun to watch, if it had 50 cars instead of 25 it would have been spectacular.
