Penske shocks

I just bought a used mastersbilt car that has a set of Penske double adjustable shocks on it and was wondering if their are any notable shock builders out their with good knowledge of Mastersbilt cars that can help me with rebuilding and re valving these shocks or am I better off trying to sell these shocks and buy something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
