uploading pictures

Is anyone else on here having troubles adding pictures to a post on here. I got to click on the add file button and it does absolutly nothing, like it doesn't even acknowledge that my cursor is on the button. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

ok, seriously, as it was passed on to me....
along the top edge of the forum is where it says
new posts, private messages, etc.... go to 'forum actions' and under
that is 'general settings', click on that button....
Scroll down to (Miscellaneous Options)
Look at the (Enhanced Attachments Uploading)....it's the last thing at the bottom of the page
Make sure you have (Enhanced Attachments Uploading Off) clicked
At the bottom, click "Save Changes"
Close the window, come back to 4m and see if it works....

I can't even stay LOGGED IN on this stupid azz board. Everytime i switch threads,i'm OUT.When i go back to the main page it SOMETIMES shows i'm logged in.What a mess these kids have created.I will be surprised if this post gets posted,some do,some don't.
