On a swing arm most use a slider or wedge bolt in the front with the shock behind. I had a swing arm years ago but I cannot remember much. I have seen guys run from 250 to 325 springs on L/R. If you want bite and lift like a four bar on a slick track put a bolt on clamp bracket on the L/R about 1/2 inch lower than where your heim bolts on your swing arm. As you get on the gas the roll up of the rear end will plant the L/R and you have some drive off.

Had a buddy with a GRT with this set up a cuple of years ago. It worked good on a 1/4 mile track. He had a 225# spring on a coilover. If I remember right it took 10 rounds after the spring touched the nut to get the car up to ride hight. And he ran around 100 - 130 pound of left rear in it. Didn't matter how much roll or lift the car had it always had good drive with that many rounds in the spring. And it was always driveable. With the left front way in the air on a hooked up track he could turn the car easy while still on the gas. He had a pair of 600s on the front and a 175 on top on the right rear. Hope this helps!
