This was the first year that we ran a brake floater on the LR of a 4 bar DW-11. While everything worked well we noticed the inboard pad on that caliper wore at about twice the rate as any other pad on the car. The brakes worked well and the is no sign of excessive heat on the disc or anything, just the inboard pad is about 1//2 as thick now as the outboard pad. Can't find anything wrong with the caliper. Has anyone else had this happen?

thats the design of the caliper the outside pad locates and the inside pad does the work.this is maginfied when used on a floating mount.a four piston caliper like the late models use, the wear would be more even as both pads work evenly both locating and clamping.this is my oppinion and others will disagree.
