Ford Oil filler cap

Replaced my valve cover for my 2.3. The filler is located at the rear and doesn't take the same type of cap the 80-84 front fill valve covers do. Question is: what year/vehicle did these come on so I can get the right cap. Thanks

Is it a threaded type cap, like a 90s 2.3L w/EFI uses? If not try a cap from an early 80's turbo 2.3L. Thats what I have on mine & its a rear fill cover.
