Plastic skirting and nose valence

Can you get silver plastic skirting or even rolls of plastic and nose valences? I thought at one time I seen them ran on a car but cant remember where and if they were painted or not. Thanks in advance.

I think Bernheisel/Lazer has gray/silver plastic. Their personal cars always have it on.
