i need to know the height at least on the spindles. The rack I have now is 18 1/2 in lenght and if you measure the distance between the lower control arm mount its 19"

You dont have the right rack for any Rocket !! The black front is 19-3/4 center to center lenth (4.19 ratio). The b/g front is 18-1/4 (3.66 ratio) if you dont have the correct rack or other parts your whole front end is going to be off and not work properly. The spindle height and design is built from rocket for whatever front end combo you have so it all works together nothing you need to change just call and get a set of black spindles from rocket or a dealer and they will be what you need.

Black front end:
The lower control arms are LF 15-1/8 RF 19-1/8

The upper control arms are LF 11-1/4 RF 8-1/4 w/5/8"spacer

The tie rods are LF 12in tube 5/8 heims RF 16in tube 5/8 heims (RF 19-3/4 pre set lenth)

THANKS!!!! I checked with Poske's today and found out that the spindles are wrong, but they told me the rack was 19 1/4 but yet Appleton lists it at 19 3/4.

As far as the the LF upper control arm goes does it mount on the inside or outside of the frame? Also my 2000 setup sheet says 10 3/4 arm, Poske also said 11 1/4 though. Should the difference affect how I go about using the set up sheets?

As far as your LF upper control arm goes if your upright is straight you will want to use a split upper and mount it to the inside. If the uprights are bent in you will mount it outboard. There is some discrepancy as far as the length of the LF upper goes. On my 05 black front I wound up having to run a 1/4" longer upper in order to get the necessary camber (upper was mounted on the inside). Unfortunately its one of those things where you won't know until you try an upper control arm.
