Princeton Speedway will re-open under the management of owner, Melvin Bishop.
We are planning to have the gates open on Thursday, April 7th, and Saturday the 9th,
for test and tune, with an opening date of April 16th! We know that the weather will
play a part in this, but, we want to Race! Hopefully, we'll get some early races in this
year. Melvin, and his crew have been working extra long hours shaping this place up
for the 2011 racing season. There have been lots of changes taking place, and there
are more to come. We have a new scoreboard, we are adding some new lighting,
new grandstands, new fencing, the list goes on and on!
There have been tons and tons of dirt moved to re-shape the race track, and add more
banking. the pit area has been leveled, and more parking has been added. This
place is gonna be Hammer Down in 2011!!. We Are Excited! We want to make this
the best place to be on Saturday night for family fun and excitement. Stay Tuned
to this website, as we will be keeping you updated on all things happening at
Princeton Speedway this year.
