I want to know if this is a good way to set up the rear end for more traction.

I think you are gonna have to be a little more explicit, because I can't tell what you mean...

Oh yeah, I think I saw that on Eckert's car at Eldora. Didn't Gary Winger from GW Performance invent that? I think it was a collaboration with Mark Richards @ Rocket. LOL

Literally almost fell out of my chair laughing. That is good stuff. Had to call my girlfriend into the room who thinks a birdcage is a place you keep a parakeet and even she thought it was funny.

IF your talking about the spring on the axle tube on the rr with a 4 bars set up on the lr. the spring on the axle tube is ok for a z link rr but if you run 4 bar on the rr.I would say stay away from that set up.
