January 28, 2011 (Surprise, AZ) – The Sponsor-Net.com Road Crew doubled as a First Aid Crew at this year’s Chili Bowl Nationals in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Each qualifying night TWO unlucky drivers found themselves in the pit area contemplating how inches, one pass, one mistake, or missed set-up left them just one-position from qualifying for the evening’s A-Main. Luckily minutes later the Sponsor-Net.com Road Crew appeared to place a small band-aid on the disappointment of the evening with the Close Call Award.
Sponsor-Net.com in association with Firethorn Marketing awarded each “Winner” a crisp Fifty-Dollar Bill for the Close Call Award.
