American Racer and Lias Tire Return as 2011 UFo Race Championship Sponsors!
(Mars, PA) – For the 4th season in a row, American Racer and Lias Tire have committed as major sponsors of the UFo Race Championship tour. American Racer and Lias Tire have been firm supporters of the UFo concept since its inception and will again be a key element of the strong 2011 championship tour.

American Racer and Lias Tire are based out of Indiana, PA, which was also the same county where the inaugural UFo Race Championship event took place. American Racer produces a full range of dirt track and asphalt racing, ATV racing, cobra kit car, performance passenger and track equipment tires. With the unique structure of the UFo Race Championship tour, the sponsorship of American Racer and Lias Tire will significantly increase the season-ending points bonus fund which is paid to the top finishing drivers at the completion of the season. 100% of UFo Race Championship sponsorships are paid to the drivers or used for sponsor promotional materials.

The 2011 UFo Race Championship tour will open up on Saturday night March 26, 2011 at the Mercer Raceway Park at Mercer, PA for the “Chiller Thriller.” The UFo Super Late Models will compete for $3,000 to win and $300 to start in a 41-lap feature race. The rain date for the “Chiller Thriller” will be Sunday, March 27. The UEMS E-mods, Stock Cars, Star’s Mod-Lites and Mini-Stocks will also be in competition.

The UFo Race Championship is an event marketing alliance among independent supertracks in the PA-WV-MD region. Participating speedways presents their own championship Super Late Model events under the UFo banner throughout the season using common tech and procedure rules with a year-end, group funded, point bonus for the top finishing drivers on the tour. Eligible tracks are within the 3 hour travel distance of the central point of Washington, PA.
