Looks like Rick Hendrick has hired Jeff's replacement, Chase Elliott.

Sounds like Chase has a pretty good resume started already.

maybe Earnhardts replacement. I'd say Austin Dillon will be kicking Harvick out of his ride as well in the very near future.

Are you seriuos Harvick was hot all year last year, Austin Dillon could hold Harvicks Helmet... Maybe Paul Menard will get the axe in two years once they stand up that team and Austin can drive it... Harvick aint going no where for at least 5 years!!!

I am a "smoke" fan.. But up until this year when he lost a few pounds I would have said his replacement could have been the pilsbury doughboy...LOL

Go Smoke...

forget about menard going any where. when your old man is the 48th riches in the united states and is paying the bills everybody in the garage will be knocking on that door.

Tony owns part of his team and Gordon owns part of hendrick motorsports all on paper part of a contract real money never changed hands.neither would be easy to replace but it could happen jeff burton will be replaced by austin dillon in 2013 thats almost a done deal earnhart jr is on his last chance at hendricks he needs wins not just one to keep that ride.

Gordon is a share holder. He has no say on anything at Hendricks. IF you think Stewart isn't 100% in charge of his two teams, you need to get a little more info before comparing those two situations.

Jeff Gordon has a lifetime contract with Hendrick motorsports. Anyone who thinks Jeff Gordon is going to be replaced before Jr. is smoking crack.
