Due to the passing of my father,I need to sell his home located in Milford Indiana.Reasonably good condition,needs some TLC.Has a heated 26 x 28 garage,only 6 miles from local asphalt race track,several others within 40 miles.

With the real estate market the way it is this is also a terrible time to have to be seeling a home.
