For those who are using E85 could you please describe your set up (pump, carb, line size, bypasses, regulators, compession ratio, engine RPM & avg coolent temp after a race) Considering this set up due to gas @ $7.50 gal & alky being hard on top end.
Thanks

This guy is awesome.Done two for me and heck of a guy to talk to.Would definately reccomend. 4412, 14:1, 185 deg, 65-6800, piston pump with regualtor, -8 line. Not corosive. Can use stock pump if need be but GPM are low and may cause temp issues. Call him Well worth it. JMO
JDR 750 E-85 carb, -8 line, 6 valve pump because a gas pump will fail after time (trust me), bypass with return. Have ran from 10:1 to 13:1, never a problem. No lazy bottom end like some people have with other stuff. It does run a little bit cooler than gas and makes a lot more power.

What is the fuel consumption compared to price with alky is cheaper then gas and you burn alot more in a night so at the end of the night price is only a few dollars different. So if i burn 13 gal alky and 7 gal gas in a feature what is the avg e85 would be burned.
Around 9 gallons of E-85.

Is there just a standard e85 gas or is there a pump gas and racing gas. Well i got my answer if you have run and quit or still running could you please PM me with the pro's and con's please thank you.
Most people buy it from the pump at a gas station and it's fine as long as you test it. There are also some fuel dealers blending it out of race gas and E98. It might be a little bit better, costs a little bit more.
