If all machine work and prep work is right and has a 4340 crank in it, should be a decent bottem end
( 7,300-7,400 reliable ) depending on what you are doing with it.
You could pick up some power with better heads and and intake.

Heads will limit you to about 450HP, assuming about 250cfm of flow and that is a killer port job. That is about 90% VE. So it depends on how good the machinist is on the boring/honing and final finishing + the valve job and cylinder head work ( you need maximum sealing of the engine to produce maximum vacuum ). The engine should turn about 6500 rpm before it air stalls. Better run C-12, Late-Model plus or something better in the VP line of fuels. Get a Super Victor and maybe pick up 20-25hp. A lot depends on your carb and how it is set up for the fuel delivery ( air / fuel emulsion ).
