FOREST ACRES, S.C. -- 19-year old aspiring NASCAR driver Jordan Anderson, from Forest Acres, South Carolina, continues his racing partnership with South Carolina based (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) Dyer Toyota.

The 2011 racing season will mark the ninth year that Anderson has represented the (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) Dyer brand. Rewind to 2003 when the then 12 year old approached Dyer about sponsorship on his race car. The young Anderson scheduled an appointment to meet with Dyer at one of his dealerships and his parents dropped him off so that he could give the business pitch by himself.

It worked. After the meeting, when Anderson was about to leave the showroom, Dyer called him back into his office and said "Jordan, I believe in you so much that I am going to double what you are asking." Dyer took a chance on Anderson that year, much like Rick Hendrick did with Jimmie Johnson, a rookie at the time but now a now 5 time champion in the Cup Series.

Over eight years, Anderson has won more than two hundred races with (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) Dyer Toyota as a partner. Anderson and his team try to represent their loyal sponsors by performing on the track, engaging with the fans, and building a positive atmosphere everywhere they go.

The business of racing is fast paced and ever changing. You could have a sponsor one week and lose it the next. The Dyer-Anderson partnership is one of a kind. It has grown into something much more than either of them could have imagined.

Dyer isn't just Anderson's business partner; he has become a mentor and friend, encouraging Anderson in off track activities like attending Belmont Abbey College. He even enjoys traveling to races in which Anderson is entered. They also meet for lunch regularly and maintain close contact with one another before, during, and after the racing season. Family and friends are why both have been such successes.
