Switched to alcohol

I switched from gas to alcohol and have a couple of questions.I have a 12.5 -1 sbc 406 with a C&S 600 cfm 2 barrel with 90 jets and a pressure regulator set at 6psi.timing is at 35`. I also run Accel 576s sparkplugs. Do I need to change plugs or timing ,or anything else with alcohol?Does this sound like a goog starting point on jetting? Thanks Eddie

Nobody will be able to tell you the jet size, because nobody knows how the carb is set up. It sounds like you've got gas jets with the holes above the jets (old skool lol). The size of the holes affects jet size, among other things. What is a "600"? You need more fuel pressure.

Todd,I will be an A-mod at Jacksonville,maybe a B-mod at Macomb.I know jetting will be a fine tune thing,just wondered if that was a good starting point.600 cfm C&S alky carb is what I just bought at Highland.Really wanted to know if I need to change to a hotter or cooler plug and should timing stay the same. Thanks
