Boyds under water ?

Heard Boyds is half way uder water and were suppose to get 2 and half inches tommorow Racing this week ?

I talked to a local driver last night that said he went by the track yesterday and the pits and front stretch were under water. He told me to make sure the track was raceable before I made the two hour trip on Friday...because, they were gonna get another 2" - 3" between Weds & Thurs.
