doing a little experimenting and just wondered what the best angle would be for the rear upper control arms?

Some guys say more angle in the uppers equals more fwd bite.
That is why you experiment I guess to determine what you like.

I like the mounts as close to the housing as possible. It lowers the roll center and also helps tighten car into the corner. The old Wissota mods with stock rear 4 link used to notch into the housings slightly to lower mounts.

i have the ability to move the mounts on the frame, would it be better to have them running uphill?

Is this rear suspension oem 4 link or does it have a panhard bar?

Raise the upper frame mount will lower roll center. Im not sure where the roll center in rear should be with oem metric 4 link. I think you would want to still run arms down hill to frame just at a less of an angle.
