I run stock rubber old stuff in the lowers and new oem rubber from advance auto in the uppers.

I have not tried the brg bushings as they arent legal for my class. Ive ran eurethane etc and like oem rubber better.

the mono ball bearing type is the best i've used. second choice is the elastomer ones made by seals-it, third would be oem. 4th would be urethane, distant fifth would be the super soft ones (medieval, speedway, x factor)

Do you use the bearing type in all the arms or do you put the elastomer in the top? Thanks

if you can run bearing type i would run them in all 8. running rubber up top does very little to cushion torque. its more of an advantage to have the suspension moving free.

if u run the seals all in all of them they wont last 2 races
