Chad Thrash Opens 2011 in WoO Action This Weekend
Meridian, Mississippi (03/15/11) – Chad Thrash will officially open his 2011 this weekend in his #1c Thrash Motorsports/Tomkat of Chunky/Rocket/Jay (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)ens Racing Engine Super Late Model in the 1st Annual Cash Cow 100 at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, MS).
Chad was originally slated to open the season on Saturday, March 5th at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) with the 2011 Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) opener, but Mother Nature intervened and forced the postponement of the event.
As a result, the team will enter its first event this weekend, March 17th-19th, at "The Baddest Bullring in the South" Columbus Speedway with the 1st Annual Cash Cow 100. The $20,000 to win/$1,500 to start event is sanctioned by the World of Outlaws Super Late Model tour. The event gets underway with an Open Practice session on Thursday night and then time trials and heat race action on Friday night.
