rocket drive shaft and yoke

im running a older rocket with a bert tranny. I was wondering what everyone was using for a drive shaft and yoke set up. right now its got a 37 inch shaft with a 8 inch yoke with a 6 inch actual shaft. on the ground its about a inch in and when i check it by jacking the left side in it goes in about 3/4 of a inch... any idea's
