MARCH 24 - KANKAKEE PRACTICE SCHEDULED CHANGED

Due to a scheduling conflict and the fact that one of the practices had been scheduled on Easter Sunday, the staff at Kankakee County Speedway has altered the practice schedule slightly so that everyone can enjoy time with their families on Easter Sunday.

The new schedule will have Practice Day #1 on Saturday, April 23rd, from 2pm - 8pm. This will also serve as a dress rehearsal for opening night as lighting, sound, concession equipment will be put through it's paces. Practice Day #2 has been moved to the Sunday following Easter, May 1st, and that will run during the day hours of 12pm - 5pm. This will be a good time to test cars and setups on drier, slicker conditions. We hope to have a good turnout of cars both days as these dates avoid conflicts with other nearby racing facilities. We're sorry for any inconvenience but we feel it's important to help to do our part in supporting our neighboring tracks as they open their seasons.

Farmer City Raceway, under new management, will be hosting the NALMS Late Models on Friday, April 29th, while Fairbury American Legion Speedway kicks off their season on Saturday, April 30th. This move allows our own Kankakee drivers the opportunity to attend either of these events without conflict to the practice schedule here.
