MLS Head gaskets?

What is the better way to go? Use for example fel pro 1034 or New MLS 1144 or Cometic type MLS? Pros & Cons?

Standard perma torques (1034) are ok for Iron heads, but will brinell or eat into alum. heads. MLS for alum. heads, pricey but some guys reuse them. Felpro MLS has a coating, cometic MLS doesn't really have a coating or sealant. Spray with copper coat or Chrysler gasket sealer.
