The 2009 Southern All Stars Rookie of the Year started twenty events in 2010 and fifth-teen times he brought the car across the line in the top with a percentage of 75%, nine of which were top fives. Cannon only finished outside the top ten two times all season with the other three being races the team was unable to finish.
