with my 993 heads being 76cc how much can i angle mill them and how many ccs would they end up.

could i get the 76cc head anywhere 64cc and what problems will i have intake,pushrods

You have to plug the spark plug coolant holes, i used a irontite repair plug. 76cc to 64CC is going to be around .100 angle just recut the intake side back to the correct angle and use a thicker intake gasket. Check pushrod lenth and adjust as needed. Also check piston to valve clearance.

Also check piston to valve clearance. i checked with our local mac hine shop and the cost floored me $250 ,ill just order pistons to bring the compression up.

250 is a bargain if that includes whats needed done. beside the mill of the surface itself.

intake re face
head bolts drilled out to larger diameter
all head bolt surfaces re faced to be 90 from the head surface

Agree, $250 aint bad.
