appleton steering box

what is a normal steering box for the latemodel. my appleton is stamped 3.4.. The steering seemed fast for us.

That`s normal for most,That`s what i like,they have some now that are like 4.3,if you dont like that,try a 2.5,you can change just the sevo.

If you havn't drivin it yet I would. Drivin a late model is sorta a game of just stayin 1/2 turn quicker than the wall is a comin somtimes :)

You'll get used to it trust me. I've run anything from a 3.0-4.3 and you want the quicker steering. You don't want to be in there swatting flies when it steps out on you, just a 1/4 will keep the car under you with the quick steering. I will say the first few hotlaps with a 4.3 ratio was intense:)
