Ultimate and Fastrak Late Models at Volunteer Speedway

Has there been any fallout over the weird angle the officials were making the cars take entering the track from the pits? Have to wonder if that's what caused the problem with Bloomer's driveshaft. Don't know that he would have had anything for Owens, but at least it might have made for a little more exciting race up front. Jimmy sure had 'em covered.

The drain cover had a piece that was sticking up, so they were directing cars around it. It wasn't like that before and I don't know what caused it. It would have cut a tire and maybe more had a car gone over the top of it.
