Wartburg Speedway is proud to announce the May 7 program will now be called the Tom Crass Memorial Night. The Crass family is donating $100 to the winner's purse and a 4 ft trophy in every class. Tom Crass was the former pit steward at Atomic Speedway for many years that was tragically killed in a traffic accident on his way home from Atomic. The Crass family is a proud supporter of Wartburg Speedway and wanted to keep Tom's memory alive following the closure of Atomic several years ago. Make plans to come to Wartburg Speedway on May 7 for this special night of racing. The Extreme Cars (fwd or stock rear wheel rules on web site) are all ready having a $300 to win that night. Now it will be a $400 to win with a $10 entry fee and a 12 car minimum. If less than 12 it will pay $300 to win www.wartburgspeedway.net
