This unit works with MSD distributor ignition systems (i.e. 6, 6A, 6AL, 6ALN etc..) and works by monitoring distributor speed and retarding timing when there is a slip in the rear tires (RPM spike), and is also "Self Learning" which means the unit will calibrate itself providing less or more traction in the middle of a race when needed. This is the leading traction control system on the market today and is driver removable. That means you are able to take this out of the car when you are done racing and there is no evidence left in the car for tech, or can be installed inside an MSD ignition box.
