Bart Hartman Drives Open Wheel Modified to Victory Lane at Zanesville; Memorial Day Doubleheader Ahead!
(ZANESVILLE, OHIO) Following three straight rain-outs at the Muskingum County Speedway in Zanesville, Ohio, Bart Hartman finally made his debut behind the wheel of the 2 Brothers #13 Larry Shaw Open Wheel Modified on Saturday night, May 21. Bart timed in third quickest during the qualifying session and later won his heat race. After rolling off from the pole position in the A-Main, Bart led flag-to-flag in the feature to capture the $1,000 top prize. The driver known as the “Bartman” will find himself back in Open Wheel Modified competition over the ultra-busy Memorial Day holiday weekend in a pair of scheduled events. On Saturday, May 28, Bart will once again visit the Muskingum County Speedway in Zanesville, Ohio. To close out the weekend, Bart and the 2 Brothers Racing team will converge on the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio on Sunday, May 29.
