Thunder Runner 30 at the Elkins Raceway

Following its first rainout of the season, the new Elkins Raceway will return to action this Friday, June 3. Furious Friday #4 will highlight both the Valley Supply FASTRAK Pro-Lates and the Miller’s Used Cars AMRA E-Mods. Roy’s RV Supercenter is sponsoring the $1,000-to-win 30-lap Pro-Late Main Event, and Elza’s Cycle & ATV is sponsoring the $300-to-win bonus for the E-mods that was postponed from last week. All other classes will be in action as well; $1,500 to win for the Woodford Oil Renegade Racing Fuels Super Late Models, the Street Stocks, Hornets, and MWRA Mini-Wedges will take to the oval as well. Also scheduled for this Friday night is driver autograph night, so bring your cameras and Sharpies! And it’s all at no increase in General Admission; just $10!! There’s something special going on every Friday in the upcoming weeks as well. Rich Mountain Auto Sales will bring about the season’s second $500-to-win special for the Street Stock class; and on Friday June 17, the 11th Annual Chuck Gear Memorial Trophy event for the UFO-Sanctioned Super Late Models...$3,000-to-win, plus all classes, and the traditional fireworks display.
