Friday, June 10th
Kankakee County Speedway presents a full program of racing including the UMP sanctioned Court Street Ford Late Models, Chicago Heights U-Pull-It Modifieds, Miller Hydraulic Stock Cars, and Indulgent Creations Sport Compacts. I-Mods are OFF.

The Sport Compacts will also be concluding their rain shortened feature from May 27th.

The night will also serve as a tune-up for next week's big schedule of events including the UMP Summer Nationals and the 2nd Annual River City Shootout.

The Top 5 finishers from this Friday's feature events will be guaranteed a starting spot in next Thursday's feature events.

Adult admission is $12, Kids 11-16 $6, 10 and Under FREE. Pit admission is $25.

Thursday, June 16th
The UMP Late Models will be gunning for the top prize of $5,000 in their 40-lap UMP Summer Nationals main event, while the UMP Modifieds will have their sights set on the $1,000 to win, $100 to start, 25-lap River City Shootout Night #1 A Main. Both divisions will be Group Qualifying, starting heads up in their heat races. Top 2 from each heat will go to the redraw.

Once again, veteran NASCAR driver Ken Schrader of Concord, NC, by way of Fenton, MO, has informed us he will be here to battle Illinois' best. Hopefully he is able to compete on Friday as well.

UMP Stock Cars will also be competing on Thursday running only full pay features determined by pill draw. Hence, every UMP Stock Car will run a feature race.

Again, Top 5 finishers in each division are guaranteed a spot for Friday night's feature events.

Friday, June 17th
On Friday night, June 17th, the UMP Modifieds will take center stage during Night #2 as competitors will be vying for the $1,500 to win, $200 to start, 30-lap River City Shootout.

A feature purse of over $7,400 is up for grabs as are bragging rights of being the 2011 River City Shootout Champion.

Lance Dehm of Chatsworth, IL, bested a field of 50 modifieds last year to take home the crown.

An overall champion will be determined by the driver who collects the most points during the two-day extravaganza.
Ties will be broken by highest finish during the two days, or if necessary, the driver who improves his position the most.

Also on the card for Friday will be a full program of racing including the UMP sanctioned Court Street Ford Late Models, Miller Hydraulic Stock Cars, and the Smith Realty I-Mods.
