The evening will consist of two 50 lap features, one for the UMP Chevrolet Late Model division and the other for the UMP Billingsley Towing Modified division. Macon Speedway is proud to be giving both divisions an increase in their weekly feature payout. The Late Models will be racing back to the checkered for $1,500 to win, while the UMP Modifieds will battle for $750 to win. The Lite Beer Twin 50’s will also include our other weekly divisions; Touchstone Energy Sportsman, Street Stocks and Pro and Amateur Hornets. Donnelly Automotive-CarQuest of Decatur, IL will be the associate presenting sponsor of the night’s events.

Join us on next week on Friday and Saturday nights as the Building Systems of IL Mini Sprint Nationals comes to town. Friday night’s show will consist of POWRi Mini Sprints, Billingsley Towing Modified, Pro (Crate) Late Models, Pro & Amateur Hornets. The Pro (Crate) Late Model feature will be the first time at Macon Speedway. On June 25 Macon Speedway will host the Kid’s Castle Night/Hall of Fame-Driver Reunion Night plus feature Raminator and Fireworks! Next up to heat up the month of June will be the Night of Nascar Stars II featuring Tony Stewart, Trevor Bayne, Ken Schrader and Kenny Wallace. Return to the track for the Firecracker 40’s to celebrate our nation’s birthday, July 2, as we will definitely fire things up for the Independence Day holiday for another spectacular week at the super-fast 1/5 mile. The action heats up at the track for the Herald & Review 100 in combination with UMP Summernationals on July 7.
