The Tarheel Tiger Ray Cook may have left Eldora but he made his stop at Richmond Raceway profitable by winning the $3000 to win Rain Dodger 40. Cook set fast time in qualifying as he was the only driver to crack the 14 second category. Victor Lee finished second.

You may want to check your qualifying times as I am 100% sure that Ray was not the only car to crack the 14 second category.
