Steve Lance Jr battles his brother and Charley Hess for the win in the UMP Late Model division at Peoria Speedway. Tim led most of the race, but Steve took the lead down the backstrecth on lap 28, negated by a Jason Jaggers' spin. On the re-start, the brothers went side-by-side until Steve drove by on the low side of turn 4 as the white flag flew. Charley Hess charged past Tim on the last lap for 2nd, with Tim 3rd. Todd Bennett, Richie Bell, Scott Schmitt, Jay Sparks, Mike Mullvain, Sean Gray and John Gardner complete the top 10. Great race. 23 Late Models, 118 cars total in the pits at Peoria. HAPPY FATHERS DAY from the staff at Peoria Speedway!
