Billy Balog of Eau Claire, WI, will be bringing his five race Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series winning streak to the Kankakee County Speedway this Friday night, June 24th.
Balog who recently moved to Wisconsin from North Pole, Alaska, ironically ran 2nd to Missouri's Jerrod Hull at last year's Kankakee IRA go. Hull, a 6-time Knoxville, IA & Husets, SD track champion, Terry McCarl, Illinois' pilots Jeremy Standridge, AJ Bruns, Matt Vandervere, and Wisconsin's Mike Reinke (2008 Kankakee winner), Scotty Neitzel, and John Haeni all have plans on ending the streak themselves. A solid field is expected at Kankakee this Friday as the 900 horsepower winged warriors take on the highbanks.
