What size rear springs would you recommend for a 4 link coil spring Super Stock ? The rear suspension has to remain in stock location and no three links allowed. The car weighs 3060 lbs with me in it. Also any suggestions on front and rear shocks ? If you don't want to post it, please send me a pm please. Thanks for any and all help.

LR- Shock : 93-4 to a 93-6 ( quick to comp, slower to rebound)
Spring: 100# x 20'' (keeps the LR constantly loaded thru the turn)
RR- Shock: 93 ( 3 comp, 3 rebound)
Spring: 200# x 13"

If your bottoming out on the RR, bump it up to a 225. This is a set up i've seen on a lot of cars where i'm at, with the cars weighing in the 2850-3100 range. You want to keep the LR loaded a little longer than the RR, since the majority of your weight is being transferred over to the RR. It helps keep the car balanced and even. Now this is all based on the car %'s being 53% Cross, 53% Left, and 52% Rear and running a ford 9 inch floater, but if you really break it down, a stock car with trailing arms is a simplified 4 link like on a late model. I hope i've helped some, and if there's anything that seems wrong I apologize.

Will a 20 " spring fit with the stock spring buckets, and stock location suspension?

lr shock you want easy out/hard compression , negative on the 20" spring on stock mounts, you need a tall bucket for a 3k car, i would try a 16" 125 on lr and 175-225 rr prolly wanna stick with the 11" on the rr if your on all stock mounts, are you allowed spring buckets ? jack bolts ? heim mounted shocks ?

I'm running heim rear shocks and stock mount shocks on the front. Yes we can run rear adjustable buckets. The track gets very slick in the feature so I'm looking for more forward bite, as we all are I would say ??? And thanks for all the help and information.

Ive got all the fwd bite I need. Im usually freeing my car up. Ran it Saturday with 75# on the left front and 30# over the minimum weight rule on a tacky track.

I run 275/225 rear springs. these are actual ratings not what the springs are marked from AFCO.

Lr is marked 250, Ive bought 3 and all are 275, rr is marked 225 and correct.
