Ross White wins first career Late Model victory during VRS/MDRL and SRRS at Wartburg
WARTBURG, TN (July 1, 2011)—Ross White of Knoxville, TN set some records at Wartburg Speedway on July 1st.
White led flag to flag for his first-career STARS Volunteer Racing Series, STARS Midwest Dirt Racing League and Southern Regional Racing Series event win. But these three series victories during the stop at Wartburg, TN wasn’t the only big factor, this was White’s first career Super Late Model victory, and he claimed the $5,000 first place prize by winning over Eric Jacobsen, Anthony Burroughs, Dustin Linville and Shane Clanton.
Ross White claimed victory while driving the Custom Race Engines powered DWB Race Car sponsored by Alternative Care, Autoxtend, Advance Transmission, Clayton McCarty Electric, RT Clapp Car Care, Speedway Videos and West Haven Speed Equipment.
